Real insights: We help our customers see where energy is being used and when, 24 hours a day. The insights we generate help our customers take action to reduce energy costs.

As well as half-hourly data we report data from selected circuits second-by-second to give real-time visibility of behaviours and their effect on energy use.

Adapting to customers' needs: Working with our electrical products partner Europa PLC we can supply smart single-phase and three-phase distribution boards where these are being replaced or fitted as part of a new build. Alternatively we can retrofit monitoring capability, leaving existing distribution boards and consumer units in place.

Control: Where required we provide 'isolate' and 'restore' control via buttons on our dashboard. This gives managers the capability to act immmediately, by temporarily stopping energy from being used on a particular circuit at a particular time.

Utilities: We also monitor water and gas usage, including LPG. If your natural gas, LPG or water costs are a concern we can monitor them in the same way as we do for elecricity. We can isolate and control water supplies as required but for safety and regulatory reasons gas supplies can only be isolated remotely not restored. A Gas Safe registered engineer needs to be present before restoring supplies to check that it is safe to do so.
