26 February 2026: Just before the company's third birthday, so just within the timescales permitted by the scheme, we successfully concluded a small investment under SEIS which will increase the company's capacity to invest in crucial IP development and protection over the coming months. This also gives us a valuable addition to the Osmium team in the form of an experienced and supportive minority investor.

17 February 2026: Our MD Graham Hygate spoke at the Connected Places Catapult DIATOMIC demo day about the company's experience in the initial cohort of the programme in 2023 and how our our work on the Salisbury Tower retrofit had helped us gain expertise in providing energy, temperature and humidity monitoring services in high-rise buildings.

6 February 2026: Contract agreed ith a UK-based provider of connectivity services for the provision of multi-carrier sim cards at preferential rates.

4 February 2026: Contract agreed with Routeco for the build of internet gateways to service devices using modbus over RS485 as their communications mechanism.

15 Nov 2025: Selected to implement phase 2 of an energy reduction project for the UK subsidiary of an EU supplier of sterile medical equipment and supplies.

3 Nov 2025: Attended an open day with Finder PLC at their UK offices in Staffordshire and demonstrated how as a Finder UK systems integration partner we build customer applications using Finder equipment including the versatile Opta processor.

1 Oct 2025: Selected to implement phase 1 of an energy reduction project for the UK subsidiary of an EU supplier of sterile medical equipment and supplies.

13 Aug 2025: Successfully completed the final project in a series of energy monitoring and lighting control implementations for a UK Train Operating Company.

17-18 Jun 2025: Attended Rail Live with our electrical components supply partner Europa PLC to help them promote their Europa PLUS brand.

10 Jun 2025: Successfully completed the installation of an energy and location monitoring unit for a major modular buildings manufacturer and rental company.

8 Dec 2024: Capability development contract agreed with Europa PLC, allowing us to develop capability to support Europa's PLUS range of smart products.
